Alliant Power Return Policy
Return Policy Details
Alliant Power accepts new product returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
To initiate a new product return, Customer must initiate the return via their sales order on www.alliantpower.com. The email containing the Return Authorization Paperwork received by customer once the request to return is completed must be included in the box along with the returned product. Returning items without this information will result in delays and/or rejection of the return.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Product is in the original undamaged box which is free from markings or labels other than those from the original manufacturer. Product is new, unmodified, not installed and subsequently uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Warranty returns should be returned as a warranty return and not a product return with failure or related information provided.
- All installation instructions, technical information, and all original hardware must be included in the box (as applicable).
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Parts not purchased from https://www.alliantpower.com
- Product not in original packaging, or product that is obsoleted by manufacturer. Product missing original information or content from original packaging, or product that is missing component(s) as determined solely by Alliant Power.
A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on returned product.
Guidelines for Returning Product:
- Return shipping and if necessary insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Alliant Power is not responsible for returns that are uninsured and subsequently damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
- Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box. Applying shipping labels directly to the part and/or part package is not acceptable.
- New product returns cannot be commingled in the same shipping box with other returns such as core or warranty. Mixed returns cannot be processed together.
Returns will be credited to the customer less any applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges, within ten (10) business days of approved receipt by the Alliant Power core processing team.
